Unlike icy/hot type products this will actually help reduce the inflammation causing the pain as well as give you relief and start the healing process. You won't feel any sensation while applying it, this is not that type of salve. Wash hands after use. Do Not touch your eyes or open wounds it may cause irritation due to the cayenne pepper.
