Holistic Husband? Q & A!

This is such a special video for me! My husband, Alex, and I sat down and went through a few simple questions about our lives and journey into a holistic household. I love hearing his point of view on our journey. Even though he doesn't enjoy being on camera that much, I personally think he did a wonderful job. But I could be a little bias! How does our life now differ from when he grew up and how it progressed in our early marriage? Would he go back to the way he used to eat know that he knows what he knows?
